The Service

Lineup11 is a free tool for creating, saving and sharing football lineups. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

Some features, such as saving lineups and sending feedback, require signing in with Google. You must meet the minimum age set out in our Privacy Policy and you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Acceptable Use

When using Lineup11 you agree not to:

• create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive
• use names, logos or other material that infringe someone else's rights
• impersonate others or mislead people about who you are
• send spam or misuse the feedback and contact forms
• try to break, overload or bypass the security of the site
• scrape or copy the site with automated tools, except as search engines normally do

Your Content

You keep ownership of the lineups and other content you create. You give Lineup11 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and reproduce that content as far as needed to run the service, including on shared links. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you add. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Shared Lineups

When you share a lineup, anyone with the link can view it. Do not include personal information you do not want others to see.

Intellectual Property

The Lineup11 website, design, code and branding belong to Lineup11. Lineup11 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or federation. Club names, player names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Advertising

Lineup11 is free and funded by advertising. We may ask you to disable your ad blocker to keep using the site.

Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Links to Other Websites

Lineup11 may contain links to other websites and ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

Lineup11 is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that saved lineups will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineup11 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close accounts, or remove content, that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can stop using Lineup11 and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Lineup11 after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring a claim there.
